[La-cgs] [EXTERNAL] Re: Grades for thesis and dissertation courses

"IP" to "P" at Southeastern too.  We do not use an "I" as "I" grades
convert to "F" grades after one semester.  "IP" grades remain "IP" until we
convert to "P" once the student defends and submits thesis/dissertation.
