[La-cgs] WES evaluation requirements?

Hi Leland,
We require WES evaluation (or equivalent service) on foreign transcripts. Because it is costly, we try to be flexible about provisional or informal evaluations during the application process, but they need to have a formal evaluation before matriculation.

Good afternoon from LA Tech everyone,

We are discussing whether to require WES (or similar) transcript evaluations as a standard requirement for international student applications. A few programs on campus already require this, but there is no institution-wide evaluation mandate.

A few institutions are requiring it, I'd appreciate knowing how you're all approaching this and whether you have any general thoughts or feedback on it.
