Nancy:

Thank you for this resource. I am attaching a document from Mary Farmer 
(November 2022) that lists many (all?) of the service providers you 
listed. I am also attaching our procedure for in-house GPA calculation 
and the revised admission standards (revised by the UL System).

Answer to your question: We do use the GPA calculated by the Scholaro 
website as the basis for admission decisions but with occasional 
exceptions as allowed by the ULS policy.

Sushma: We have not been admitting applicants with three-year degrees 
unless they are from one of the Bologna Process signatory countries ... 
and we don't get many of those. In fact, I cannot think of even one 
since 2020.
