[La-cgs] [EXTERNAL SENDER] Language Requirement Waiver Countries

Here is the response from our Admission's office at Nicholls:

These are the countries I have dealt with; however, it is not
a comprehensive list. Also, there are many countries that have English as
an official language but have multiple languages spoken so I rely on the
student's response to the "first language" question in the application on
whether or not to ask for English proficiency. For example, I did not
include Liberia on the list because only twenty percent of the people speak
it; therefore, the student's response will determine whether or not I need
to ask for English proficiency. I hope this helps.
