I am looking forward to hosting you in Lafayette! I recommend booking your hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn near the Cajundome. The address is below, and they have confirmed with me that the state rate should be available to you as state employees. (Sorry, Mike, I don't know if that applies to Tulane. 🙂)

We are looking forward to meeting in Lafayette, LA starting around noon on March 23, and finishing around noon on March 24. It seems that the Hilton Garden Inn at the Cajundome is booked up. I could not get a room there for less than $250/night (and, at that, I will have to impersonate military personnel). The Double Tree appears to be sold out. I did manage to get a room at the Hampton Inn at the State rate of $96/night. It is a fair distance from the campus. I recommend you grab a room somewhere fairly soon.

The agenda as it stands now is attached. At this point it is just a list of topics. I don't think we will be able to discuss all of them. We need to do some prioritizing, decide which topic to discuss when, etc., over the next few days.
