[La-cgs] Introduction

Good morning, everyone-

I wanted to re-introduce you all to Dr. Laura Aaron who attended the spring meeting on my behalf. Please include Laura in all future communications as she is taking on some new responsibilities as Assistant to the Provost for Graduate Studies; I will continue to serve as Dean of the Graduate School, and will stay connected to this group as well. She will assist me with some of the day to day logistics and operations of the Graduate School, as well as advise on policy, etc.

Dr. Aaron has been a faculty member in the College of Nursing and School of Allied Health for many years, and served as Director of the School of Allied Health. She also served as Interim Director of the School of Allied Health a few years ago as we made a few administrative transitions. She is an excellent professor, leader, scholar, and contributor, and I know we will enjoy having her as part of our council.

Wishing you all a great remainder of your summer as the Fall semester creeps toward us.
