[La-cgs] Higher Security Education Act questions

Hi all,

I came to know through another group that I am involved in that, there is a pending bill – SB206(Milligan) [Could be the one that John Maloy was referring to] – that changes “Foreign Country of Concern” to “Foreign adversary” as listed in Title 15, A, 7.4 of the CFR (https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-15/subtitle-A/part-7/subpart-A/section-7.4).

As an amusing aside, my husband and I saw some solar panels this weekend and I was able to share all sorts of interesting facts about their construction, durability, and recapture rates.
