The CSGS deadline for institutions to indicate they plan to send a student to compete in the 3MT competition is December 1, but you have until the end of January to provide the student competitor info.

Our finals are not until January—it’s what we open the semester with—and so I’ll register UL now but won’t provide the name of our student until much later.

I may withdraw my topic (3MT). It appears that the CSGS deadline for
registering the institution's 3MT competitor is December 1, although the
meeting is in March. I was thinking we might hold our campus
competitions in November, and give the winners a chance to compete at
the State level in December (as a rehearsal for CSGS) ... but there is
no time for that.
