In consultation with Mary, Nancy, and Sanjay, the optimal (not perfect) 
day and time for us to meet in November appears to be Friday November 
18, at 2:30 PM. Please block off 2:30-4:30 PM on your calendar if 
possible and join us (Zoom link below). An updated (still draft) agenda

I may withdraw my topic (3MT). It appears that the CSGS deadline for 
registering the institution's 3MT competitor is December 1, although the 
meeting is in March. I was thinking we might hold our campus 
competitions in November, and give the winners a chance to compete at 
the State level in December (as a rehearsal for CSGS) ... but there is 
no time for that.
