[La-cgs] Grad Course Faculty Qualifications

[Christopher Bonvillain]

Does anyone know what the UL System requirements are for faculty to teach a
graduate-level course?  We have a factly member that wants to teach a
500-level graduate course and she has a M.S. degree and over 60 hours of
PhD work, is just all but dissertation.
