[La-cgs] Retroactive Withdrawal for graduate students

Does anyone have a policy that allows graduate students to retroactively appeal to withdraw from a class after the semester is over. McNeese has this for undergraduates, and we have a committee to review the documentation from a student appeal, but it has never been applied to a grad student. I'm curious how you handle these situations when they arise?
