[La-cgs] Deferred Enrollment

Sorry to be late in responding. We too allow deferred admissions but it is up to the department to decide if the funding should also be deferred. We do not allow deferrals across academic years. Because of issues between Slate and Workday, we require a new application each time (no need to upload all the documents). We will waive the application fee for one deferral.
Best regards,
Ramu

We too allow an admitted student to defer their admission for up to one year. Funding, however, is not deferrable-while they'd be considered for assistantship/fellowship funding in the new admission term, they'd have to compete against the new set of admitted students for that funding.

Greetings Colleagues!
I hope you are doing well. I hate that I missed our virtual meeting as I had to attend a conference. Quick question, do you allow deferred enrollment in your institutions? We do not, but am making an argument that we should for at least one semester or even a year.
Thanks,
John
