[La-cgs] Deferred Enrollment

Greetings Colleagues!

I hope you are doing well.  I hate that I missed our virtual meeting as I
had to attend a conference.  Quick question, do you allow deferred
enrollment in your institutions?  We do not, but am making an argument that
we should for at least one semester or even a year.
