[La-cgs] Communication about our April meeting

Dear Council members:

As of now, 12 people have indicated that they plan to attend. If you 
have not reserved a hotel room, please do so soon. In a previous email, 
I suggested the Hampton Inn or the Sleep Inn as convenient options. _If 
you plan to attend but have not responded, please do so *THIS* week_.

Our meeting on April 18-19 will be held at Tech Pointe II, which is at 
the intersection of S. Homer Street and Dan Reneau Drive on the main 
campus of Louisiana Tech. We will start with lunch on April 18 and end 
with lunch on April 19. The Executive Committee is preparing a draft 
agenda which we will circulate next week. *If there are topics you wish 
to discuss, please send an email.* If we are unable to include 
something, we will save it for a later meeting. Parking around Tech 
Pointe should not be a big issue if you come closer to noon (people will 
leave for lunch), but I will try to get some reserved parking for us 
along S. Homer St.

Dinner plans are still under development. Stay tuned.
