[La-cgs] Accelerated Bachelors to Masters aka Concurrent Degrees GPA minimum

LSUS requires only 3.0 for UG students to register and receive credit for graduate courses in the last 30 hours.  GPA of 3.5 is required for 700-level classes (Graduate only) along with permission of college dean and program director.

Nancy:

We have not compromised on the GPA because it is ULS policy. However, 3.15 rounds to 3.2 (the ULS specifies only two significant figures, heh, heh!), we do allow rounding up.

I have been asked by two deans to consider changing the minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA to begin taking graduate courses for the program from 3.2 to 3.0 to increase graduate enrollment.
