Thank you. There is a reference to the applicable PPM in your policy:

"IV.    In accordance with ULS PPM FB.IV.V.O-1a, the University complies 
with the ULS Employee Tuition and Fee Policy." That pointed me to this 
document:

ULS certainly does not make it easy to find their policies and procedures.
