The grading policy of Capella might help since it “translates” the competencies to letter grades and quality points:  https://www.capella.edu/content/dam/capella/PDF/policies/3.04.07.pdf

The issue will be when a student has different competencies within one course.

Hello Council members:

We are completely stumped by a transcript from Capella University (a redacted copy is attached). As you know, we use GPA to determine eligibility for admission. In this case, we are unable to calculate a GPA by our usual methods. If any of you have experience with this, please advise. I am also including a cover letter from the applicant which provides some explanation to Capella's system.

Our registrar's staff believes that we may be seeing more of these types of transcripts.
