[La-cgs] Draft agenda for the meeting

Dear LA-CGS members:

The draft agenda as it stands now is attached. If there are topics you wish to add, we can accommodate a couple of those, and save others for a later meeting.

The last page of the attachment shows those who have indicated their attendance as of March 31. President Jim Henderson and Mrs. Tonia Henderson will join us for dinner. 

If any of the others want to join this line up of celebrities, please let me know ASAP. April is apparently a very busy month for our campus catering service, so we need to put in our order with an estimated head count early.
