Dear Council members:

We have 9 responses (I am counting myself too) to the Doodle poll (see link below) thus far, and March 21-22 and April 18-19 are emerging as the top picks, with the other two dates being significantly less popular. We have 18 members on the mailing list. Could those who have not yet voted hold a run-off between these two options (I just voted, so you can see I am still thinking about that!)?
