[La-cgs] Definition of a transfer graduate student

Ramu,

We do not really classify our students as "transfer grad".  If the student
is starting a new program, they would be classified as "new grad".  If they
are returning to finish a program they started earlier, the are classified
as "returning" and all previous information will be placed on their degree
plan.
