Attached please find the summary of questions to share with John Maloy.  Upon conversations with UNO colleagues, I added the EEOC concern/question.  Please review and suggest edits and clarifications ASAP.  I tried to summarize and organize to some extent.  I will finalize tomorrow morning and send to John before noon.

As an amusing aside, my husband and I saw some solar panels this weekend and I was able to share all sorts of interesting facts about their construction, durability, and recapture rates.
