Hi all,
I have put the topics sent by Ramu into time slots (see attached). Here are a few things to note:
1. I have added names of discussion leaders for each topic which could come as a surprise to some 😊. You are not obligated to do a presentation etc. – it is more of a facilitator role. If you are uncomfortable with taking this on, someone else can step in.
2. There are a couple of TBA/TBD items like the local interest tour and the dinner location. I request Mary to look into those.
3. Please look over and suggest edits/changes. We can do the fonts, formatting, etc. once we have the final version.
I know some of you cannot make it. In that case, please consider sending your representative or someone else who can take back any relevant insights to your campus.

Jason: I got that on the agenda. Here is an update.
Council members: I will probably wait until after CSGS to send out the next iteration of the agenda, so please send me your items. It will be a miracle if we get to all of them in the time we have but we could hold a Zoom meeting later to cover items that we didn’t discuss and cannot be put off till the next meeting.
May I suggest March 10 (Friday after CSGS) as the deadline for agenda items?

As the CSGS meeting in Tampa would have just concluded, we can certainly have an update on that. Mary has graciously agreed to host our Spring meeting at ULL. Here are the two options we agreed to consider at the end of our virtual meeting:
