[La-cgs] LCGS Spring Meeting - March 23/24 - DRAFT Agenda

Many thanks to Sanjay. I was wondering about the location for our 
meeting. The LITE Center is a good place.  Looking forward to seeing 
everyone.

The only suggestion I have is to move elections to the top of Friday's 
agenda.
