Thanks for bringing this up. We have not had any discussions about this 
yet but I am eager to learn how others are coping. It seems to me that 
our new hires for Fall 2023 do not need to be screened, which is a 
relief. Research staff and postdocs would be another matter. I am not 
usually in the loop on those hires, especially postdocs.
