Hi All,
John Maloy just forwarded this copy of SB206, which is supposed to be a revision of Act 767, the foreign security act that we discussed at the recent meeting. He has asked me to forward it all to you for comment. Given that the legislature is in session, it would be nice to get your comments back by the end of the week.

Here is the lastest on the revision to Act 767 from last year.  I am still in the process of reviewing.  If you could share this with your group, I would appreciate it.

If they can provide me with feedback by Friday or Monday, I will forward to Sen. Milligan's office.
