[La-cgs] LA Council of Graduate Schools Contact Info/Meeting

Hi all,

Looks like quite a few people are in favor of an in-person meeting.  I propose we meet on March 9 & 10 (Thu 12 pm  to Fri 1 pm ).  This will be the week after the Council of Southern Graduate Schools (CSGS) meeting in Tampa.  Those at that meeting can update our group as we have done in the past.  If these dates are convenient, I suggest we lock it in and put it on our calendars right away, regardless of who will host the meeting.  If you have other dates to suggest, please do so.

I request Ramu to explore the possibility of a virtual meeting on Friday, Nov 11 built around the topics suggested by Mary and Nancy, and potentially other topics.  We could meet from 9 to 11 am or 2 to 4 pm.  I just picked a date without knowing your schedules - we can pick another date depending on mutual convenience.
