Thanks for your email, Sanjay, and welcome to our new members.

Yes, I too would be in favor of a meeting. Indeed, there are several of us in the UL System who are hoping to talk about the transcript application requirements set by the System. If we cannot make that conversation part of one that happens within a meeting of this group, I'd like to know that so that I can coordinate a Zoom call for the UL System institutions.

Also, if we can find a date, know that I would be happy to host an in-person meeting here at UL Lafayette. It'd be great to have you here again.

Please find attached the updated list of our members.  Please verify if your information is correct and send me any corrections.  Welcome to our new members – Jason Bodily, Assoc Dean of Graduate Studies at LSUHSC Shreveport and Chris Bonvillain, Director of Graduate Studies at Nicholls State University!



Last year around this time we had a half-day virtual meeting.  If this is something you would like again, the exec. Comm (Ramu, Greg, Mary, Sanjay) can try to organize something.  Please reply to all and express your thoughts.



We haven’t had an in-person meeting for a while.  We could plan something for Spring 2023.  If you would like to host this meeting on your campus, you are welcome to suggest that as well.
