[La-cgs] [EXTERNAL SENDER] SB 76

Do anyone know if these exemptions are specific to GAs with teaching and/or
research roles? Our majority are simply GAs, but we do have a small number
that have teaching and/or research designations as well. The fact that they
are specific to the roles has me thinking the GA must be a GTA or at GRA.

Let me know if anyone has any idea.
