[La-cgs] Health insurance question

Dear colleagues:

Thank you for all the responses. I am relieved to find out that 
Louisiana Tech is not an outlier in this matter but also distressed that 
we are not able to serve a very real need of our non-traditional 
undergraduates and many graduate students. Sushma -- please keep me in 
the loop as ULM explores the options. Perhaps something can be done at 
the system levels or BoR level.
