[La-cgs] Official transcripts from countries in conflict

Colleagues,

I hope all are well!  I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion or solution to applicants not being able to access official transcripts from certain countries (i.e. Iran, Ukraine, Afghanistan) where either politics or conflict prevents access.  We have a few applicants in this situation and would appreciate guidance for any suggestions.

Also, would love to meet up with people if anyone will be in Chicago next week for the NAGAP GEM Summit next week.
