Thanks, Sanjay, and happy new year to you all.

I really like the proposed topics for the April meeting, and I think making it possible for staff to attend virtually or in person would make for good discussion. It'd also allow them to meet their counterparts at other institutions, which could benefit us all moving forward. At least for us, the virtual component makes it more likely that more of my team could participate.

With virtual and in-person, we'll just have to be mindful of adhering to the agenda timeline than in the past. One of the benefits in the past was being able to be flexible when the conversation was robust. We can do it. I am sure!

Oh, and if you haven't already done so, make sure to register for the Conference of Southern Grad Schools virtual meeting coming up in February. It's free this year (to members and non-members alike and to as many participants as you'd like to "send") and there's a great pre-meeting session with Suzanne Ortega. Here's the registration page with all of the details: http://www.csgs.org/annual-meeting-2021/

Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Mary

Hi all,

Hope your semester is off to a good (and uneventful) start! I know that Ramu and Sushma sent us New Year’s greetings, but I have been remiss in responding. Belated greetings to everyone!

I finally got around to finishing the minutes from out October virtual meeting (attached). Also attached is the draft agenda we came up with (Thanks Ramu!).

It is time to settle on a date for our April meeting. As Greg is the meeting host, I request him to pick a couple of dates that will work for his campus and perhaps send out a doodle poll. Some us may be able to attend in person, while others may prefer virtual attendance.

Looking forward to our next meeting, be it in April, or a virtual one before that as Mary suggested.

Regards,

Sanjay
