[La-cgs] Commencement Exercises

We have been holding multiple ceremonies in the Spring but only one in 
Fall, Winter, and Summer. In Spring 2021, we had three events. The five 
colleges were distributed among the three so as to keep the total number 
of graduates (and projected guests) about the same in each. Of course, 
as the Dean of the Graduate School, I had to be present at all three 
events :-(
