Hi Greg,

Thanks for taking the lead on this!  As we are a relatively small group and given that all are campuses are open, albeit with restrictions, I feel we should meet in person.  We could always provide the option of virtual attendance for those wish to do so.  This is what we already do for our students in many cases this semester.

In terms of dates, having a virtual option in addition to F2F proceedings will also allow us to stick to our normal schedule of starting Thursday afternoon and ending by Friday noon.  The person who cannot make it on Thursday afternoon may be able to attend part of it virtually.  The sessions could also be recorded and available for review later.

I invite everyone to share your thoughts on the matter so that we can finalize the dates and format.  I also urge you to start thinking about particular topics you would like to discuss.  Previous agendae and documents should be available in the dropbox.

Thank you to everyone for completing the doodle poll. We are all available on Friday, October 30, and all but one are also available on Thursday, October 29. The largest question is whether we want/can/are comfortable meeting face to face, or if we’d rather meet virtually. If we go with the virtual option, I am fairly certain Northwestern can host, but I will need to verify procedures and protocols with our IT Department.

If we would like to meet face to face, and everyone is allowed to travel to Natchitoches, I know we have the space to gather within physical distancing protocols.
