You should have received an email with the subject line: Welcome to the 
"La-cgs" mailing list.

Despite Sanjay's best efforts, we are not always able to keep up with 
the most current mailing list for the Louisiana Council of Graduate 
Schools. So I created the la-cgs at lists.latech.edu from the emails 
provided in Sanjay's most recent email in which he reposted my response 
to John. With Sanjay's help, I hope to keep this list updated. So, next 
time you have a question for the group, just send it to 
la-cgs at lists.latech.edu, and you can be *reasonably* (hedging a bit 
here) sure it is going to the current membership.
