[La-cgs] Welcome Dr. Obadiah Simmons to the group

I see I made a mistake. The contact info I gave was for Dr. Simmons (as 
I should have) but the sentence immediately above it said it was contact 
info for Dr. Harrison (who is no longer at Grambling).
