[Dba-l] Fall 9th day class rolls

Hello all,



*Before I write anything else, department heads, please forward this email
to any doctoral students or adjuncts who are teaching classes but who may
not be included on the business-everyone mailing list.*



We are continuing the paperless, 9th-day-class rolls.



Attached, you'll find two forms; a pdf and an excel sheet.  The pdf
contains class lists for all classes in the COB.  You will need to scroll
through and find your classes.  Note: in Adobe, CTRL-F will allow you to
search for your name.



If any student in the list needs mentioning (eg, never attended, stopped
attending, etc.), use the attached excel sheet to list said students.  Once
complete, send your excel sheets* TO YOUR DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR*.  If
there are no problems, write on the excel sheet that there are no problems
with that class' 9th day roll.


Once the dept coordinator has ALL of their faculty's 9th day class rolls,
they will forward them to Christin Morgan <christin at latech.edu>.



Remember: if you have a student attending class who is not on your roll, we
need to correct that oversight immediately.  Let me and your department
head know ASAP.



*Too Long: Didn't Read*



1.  Scroll through the pdf (Fall 241 _ BUS 9th day class rolls.pdf) and
find your classes.  CTRL+F is find.

2.  Note any abnormalities on the attached Excel sheet ( Fall 241
9th Day Template.xlsx).

3.  *Rename the attached spreadsheet to include your last name* (eg, blackstock
roster template Fall 2023).

4.  Send the excel sheet to your department coordinator (*one *excel sheet
for *ALL* your classes).

5.  If your class has no problems, put one line on the excel sheet stating
that class has no problems.

6.  If you have attendance questions, please direct them to your department
head.



Coordinators: once you have *ALL* excel sheets from your teaching faculty,
doc students, and adjuncts, please send them to Christin Morgan <
christin at latech.edu> at the registrar's office.
