UPDATE:

School of Accountancy Employer Information Night and LA Tech Career Day
Attendance has been added! I have also added students who participated in
online recordings from Career Week, as well as their submitted reflection. 

 

 

Whew! We are off to a very busy start! Thank you so much for encouraging
your students to attend these events and for participating in the events
yourself.  These events would not be successful if it weren't for the
support of the faculty and staff. 

 

For faculty who are tracking attendance at our events - and we especially
thank you this crucial support - we are providing the following attachment:

 

The attached Excel spreadsheet that includes all attendance tracked this
quarter consolidated in one document.

 

Please use the following to filter this data to include students enrolled in
your courses:

 

1.	Dr. Gueye developed an application that allows you to easily see
what students in your class attended these events. You can achieve this in
just a few easy steps:

 

a.	Visit  <https://gueyenono.shinyapps.io/attendance_tracker/>
https://gueyenono.shinyapps.io/attendance_tracker/
b.	Upload the (attached) attendance spreadsheet (Excel spreadsheet)
c.	Upload your class roster (Excel spreadsheet obtained from Moodle)
d.	Click the "Output' tab to download the list of your students who
attended events this quarter
e.	Please note: You can filter out events for which you do not wish to
offer credit by choosing the drop down menu "Select Events"
