[Dba-l] IPC submissions from COB

All,

Attached are IPC submissions from the College of Business for Nov.  These
changes will go into effect in the Winter quarter.

The MGMT curriculum change and the new MKTG 448 class were voted on by the
departments, approved by UPAC, and approved by Cob Council.

The prereq changes only require the approval of the department head.
