Subject: [Admitted-students-l] Ongoing campus job phishing emails

Please do not respond to the scam and phishing emails advertising campus 
jobs. The general message is either a requirement to change your MFA or 
for university jobs. The emails are usually originating from compromised 
student accounts. These can be recognized by the 3 letter 3 number 
username (i.e. aaa111) in the From email address.? Campus information 
messages will originate from @latech.edu addresses, but one should still 
be cautious.


If you received one of these and clicked on one of these and provided 
information, you should take remedial actions.? Change your password.? 
If you are a Duo MFA user, check your MFA devices 
(https://guide.duo.com/traditional-manage-devices/) for any unknowns.

Also, please recognize that if you get prompted for a Duo MFA request on 
your phone for a login that you did not initiate, that means someone has 
stolen your password. You should change it ASAP at 
https://password.latech.edu.
