level of program, and base salary of faculty. Because of the budget crisis, all funding was cut at the end of fall semester so coordinators only received half a year of compensation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

to their job description and allowing for release from other duties. We are considering ways to formally compensate and acknowledge their administrative responsibilities to the School of Graduate Studies. This is a goal, and we are not there yet. I'd be
very interested in hearing any updates that you may make at ULL - as well as knowing what everyone else does. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

primary appointment - particularly in the School of Medicine. Since the SoM has a diverse faculty, many of them are not members of the Graduate Faculty, but rather serve the clinical enterprise. Faculty efforts in the Graduate School are not equally appreciated
