I don't believe there's a specific UL System policy, but I know there's a SACSCOC requirement. I'm not sure if this is the most up-to-date guidance, but this SACSCOC guidance document is one that we've used pretty regularly (enough that I have it bookmarked)

<div>Does anyone know what the UL System requirements are for faculty to teach a graduate-level course? We have a factly member that wants to teach a 500-level graduate course and she has a M.S. degree and over 60 hours of PhD work, is just all but dissertation.</div>
