We do provide in-state tuition to qualified international
undergraduate students. We call it the "Bulldog Scholarship":

<br>
We are not clear on how to use this for international graduate
students. Two of the three bullets listed for Louisiana Tech on page
3 of the policy apply to undergraduates. As far as I know, the only
mechanism to get out-of-state tuition waived for a graduate student
is an assistantship.<br>
