            my role as Director of Graduate Studies here at Nicholls
            State. I appreciate the thread here. Recently I've been
            asked about the revalidation process at our University and
            I'm receiving a lot of nebulous answers regarding
            departmental processes for revalidation. Some departments
            have more than others requesting revalidation, but it is not
            something happening often in any department. When it does
            happen, I am interested in the process and any consistencies
            we might offer--University wide.</div>
