Welcome to the group! At LSUS, the period is 8 years. Students can request that older courses be considered through the program director who makes a recommendation to the Graduate Dean. If the Graduate Dean approves, a memo is sent from Graduate Studies
to the Registrar stating that the courses may count toward the degree. Typically, only courses that have not changed significantly get recommended.</div>

to have courses over 6 years old revalidated for their MAT. Our policy is written rather vaguely and interpretation is subjective.</div>
