<p class="x_MsoNormal">After much deliberation your Exec Comm (Greg, Mary, Ramu, Sanjay) has decided that it is best to postpone an in-person meeting to the fall. Greg has graciously extended his offer to host us on his campus at that time. Instead, we can
still have a virtual meeting like we had last fall. We are thinking of a <u>3-hour Zoom meeting on Friday, April 30<sup>th</sup>. tentatively set from 9 am to 12 pm.

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Naturally, we cannot fit in all of our original agenda in three hours. We do, however, want to hold the
