In anticipation that we are, I am reaching out to see if there are any additional 3MT participants. At present, I have heard only from Sanjay at LSU-S and Ramu at LA Tech. If you plan to have students participate, please find attached the CSGS 3MT rules that
were used this year. We will follow the same guidelines so that previously recorded presentations can be used.

<p class="x_MsoNormal">After much deliberation your Exec Comm (Greg, Mary, Ramu, Sanjay) has decided that it is best to postpone an in-person meeting to the fall. Greg has graciously extended his offer to host us on his campus at that time. Instead, we can
still have a virtual meeting like we had last fall. We are thinking of a <u>3-hour Zoom meeting on Friday, April 30<sup>th</sup>. tentatively set from 9 am to 12 pm.

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Naturally, we cannot fit in all of our original agenda in three hours. We do, however, want to hold the
