I nominate the Director of our Enterprise Campus and Technology
Business Development Center, Ms. Kathy Wyatt, as a judge. Kathy
organizes our business plan competition and other events and is
extremely well-positioned to recognize good communication when she
encounters it. She is not going to show any favors to Louisiana Tech
students, I promise. Let me know if she would be a viable judge.
Another option is to ask the LA-CGS members from campuses that do
not have competitors.<br>

I think it is OK to switch to UL's Zoom link for the competition. We
could use Greg's Zoom link for the meeting itself and then switch to
UL's link for 3MT. This has the advantage that we can distribute the
3MT link while keeping the meeting link to ourselves.<br>

are any additional 3MT participants. At present, I have heard
only from Sanjay at LSU-S and Ramu at LA Tech. If you plan to
have students participate, please find attached the CSGS 3MT
rules that were used this year. We will follow the same
guidelines so that previously recorded presentations can be
used.

Comm (Greg, Mary, Ramu, Sanjay) has decided that it is
best to postpone an in-person meeting to the fall. Greg
has graciously extended his offer to host us on his campus
at that time. Instead, we can still have a virtual
meeting like we had last fall. We are thinking of a <u>3-hour
Zoom meeting on Friday, April 30<sup>th</sup>.
