I echo Mary's comments. Regarding the long list of graduate school
processes and business practices in my draft agenda, Sanjay
mentioned that we may cover some of those during periodic lunch
meetings (virtual) where we get the staff together. So item 2
could be just an overview of what we plan to cover, and an
opportunity to solicit additional topics from our staff.<br>

We got started on our 3MT competitions too late to send a winner
to CSGS (nomination deadline is today!) but we are advertising
that the winner will be able to compete at the LA-CGS meeting. So,
let us be sure to hold the 3MT competition!<br>

I really like the proposed topics for the April meeting, and I
think making it possible for staff to attend virtually or in
person would make for good discussion. It'd also allow them to
meet their counterparts at other institutions, which could
benefit us all moving forward. At least for us, the virtual
component makes it more likely that more of my team could
participate.

minutes from out October virtual meeting (attached). Also
attached is the draft agenda we came up with (Thanks Ramu!).

April meeting. As Greg is the meeting host, I request him
to pick a couple of dates that will work for his campus and
perhaps send out a doodle poll. Some us may be able to
attend in person, while others may prefer virtual
attendance. </p>
